Intoxicated Motorist Arrested At Caton Farm Rd Parking Lot: Cops
The 34-year-old Plainfield area resident already had a suspended driver's license stemming from a previous DUI arrest, police said.

JOLIET, IL — A 34-year-old Plainfield area man was arrested Monday night on charges of aggravated driving under the influence after Joliet police say the intoxicated man was found in a business parking lot in the 7100 block of Caton Farm Road.
Joliet police arrested Gustavo Rodriguez as the incident unfolded around 9:20 p.m. Police were notified that an intoxicated motorist was in his car within the large business parking lot at the corner of Caton Farm and County Line Roads.
"Officers contacted Rodriguez while he was in his vehicle," police reports show. "While speaking to Rodriguez, officers noted that he exhibited signs of possible alcohol impairment. Officers also observed open alcohol inside of the vehicle."

Rodriguez agreed to participate in field sobriety tests at the scene, and he failed those, police said.
"Officers determined that Rodriguez currently held a suspended driver’s license for DUI," Joliet Police Sgt. Dwayne English notified Patch. "Rodriguez was booked at the Joliet Police West Facility and transported to the Kendall County Jail."

Rodriguez lives in the 2700 block of Joliet's Canyon Drive, arrest logs show.
