Joliet Cocaine Dealer Faces 3 Felonies: Police
The Joliet Police Department drug investigation of the 44-year-old resident has been going on all year, police reports indicate.

JOLIET, IL — A 44-year-old Joliet resident who police say deals cocaine in the community was captured Thursday evening and charged with three counts of unlawful delivery of controlled substances, Joliet police announced.
Since Jan. 7, Joliet police have been investigating Lonnell Westbrooks in connection with distributing cocaine, reports show.
This week, the Will County State's Attorney's Office of Jim Glasgow filed charges against Westbrooks, who lives in the 2800 block of Brook Court "after it was determined that Westbrooks was suspected of possessing and distributing cocaine," Joliet police said Friday.

Around 6:50 p.m. Thursday, Joliet police spotted Westbrooks in the 300 block of South Chicago Street, and he was captured and delivered to the Will County Jail, which is just a couple blocks away.
A Will County judge who issued the warrant for Westbrooks' arrest set bail at $100,000.
