Joliet Public Library Closed Monday by Weather
The downtown and Black Road facilities were also closed Sunday.

Both branches of the Joliet Public Library are closed Monday because of the weather, officials said.
It was the second consecutive day for the facilities to be shut to the public due to the snow, gusting winds and sub-zero temperatures. No decision has been announced for Tuesday.
The libraries, located at 150 N. Ottawa St. and 3395 Black Road, are designated warming centers for the city of Joliet. Officials said the safety of employees and patrons factored into the decision to close.
