Joliet Township High School Connects Alumni Through New Website

District staff share the importance of a technology update with community members, current and former students.

JOLIET— At Joliet Township High School, proud alumni maintain the treasured friendships from their high school years through a multitude of gatherings. Whether it be reunions, homecoming celebrations or campus tours, alumni from Joliet Township, Joliet Central, Joliet West and Joliet East High Schools plan events and activities throughout the year to commemorate their high school years.

JTHS works diligently to foster alumni relationships through a variety of services offered through the District’s Community and Alumni Relations Office. Director Kristine Schlismann said, “It is so rewarding to work with our reunion coordinators and alumni as they re-connect. Our office is here to support these endeavors and to make planning as convenient as possible.”

While the services provided by the Community & Alumni Office include maintaining alumni contact information for reunion publicity, venue suggestions, and the provision of meeting space, support is expanding to include a new website with the capability to bring alumni communication to a whole new level.
