According to court records, Hart showed up at the woman's house and demanded he take her home. "While driving, he was mad, arguing with me. We came to his home and (Hart) took my car keys, took my phone, started browsing my Facebook account, accusing me of being unfaithful," the woman's court petition states.

"He pushed me on my right ear, he also punched me on my face, choking me, hitted (sic) on my hip. He kept asking why I was talking to another man," court papers show.

The woman wrote that Hart struck her again, then broke her phone.

"I screamed and he told me to follow his order and to shut up," her order of protection petition states.

The woman informed the judge that she got out of the house after Hart fell asleep, and she went to Silver Cross Hospital where she was later discharged.

"Please help me to keep this (man) far from me," she wrote the judge.
