Man Borrowed Someone's Vehicle, Now Joliet Police Make An Arrest: Cops
The vehicle was towed from the scene, Joliet police announced.

JOLIET, IL ? The Joliet Police Department announced the arrest of a 44-year-old resident Anthony Anderson in connection with charges of possessing a stolen vehicle.
According to the agency spokesman Dwayne English, at 10:30 a.m. July 16, officers responded to a residence in the 500 block of South Eastern Avenue and officers learned that the victim allowed Anderson to drive his Toyota Camry approximately three weeks earlier, and that Anderson had yet to return the vehicle.
Officers found the vehicle parked in the parking lot of 401 N. Bluff St. at around 11:13 p.m. that night and recognized Anderson standing nearby, English said.

Anderson was placed into custody and was further questioned at the Joliet Police Department by members of the Tri County Auto Theft Task Force, the arrest report showed.
The vehicle was towed from the scene.
