Man Hospitalized After Box Cutter Attack: Joliet Police
Joliet police responded to the domestic disturbance around 5 a.m. in the 1700 block of Glenwood Avenue's apartment units.

JOLIET, IL —A 23-year-old Joliet man who lives in the 1700 block of Glenwood Avenue was arrested over the weekend after Joliet police say Kenny Le cut someone he knew with a box cutter, injuring the man's face and ear.
Le was hauled away in handcuffs by Joliet police around 5 a.m. Saturday. Le was charged with aggravated domestic battery, unlawful use of a weapon and domestic battery.
According to police, the victim was in an argument with Le "at which time Le cut the victim with a box cutter in the ear and face. Officers placed Le into custody without incident."

A Joliet Fire Department ambulance rushed the man to the nearby AMITA Health St. Joseph Medical Center with non-life-threatening injuries, authorities said.
As for Le, he was freed from the Will County Jail on Saturday night after posting 10 percent of his $15,000 bail, jail records show.
