New Owners Of Juliet's Tavern Have Several Job Openings
The owner of Joliet's CUT 158 Chophouse, Hamburgerseria and Rosemary Cafe announced in March that he acquired the shuttered Juliet's Tavern.

JOLIET, IL — Within the next month, downtown Joliet's Juliet's Tavern is expected to reopen under its new management team and entirely new menu selection.
In March, Joliet Patch broke the news that Joliet restaurateur Bill Dimitroulas, the owner of Joliet's CUT 158 Chophouse, Hamburgerseria and the Rosemary Cafe acquired Juliet's Tavern located at 205 North Chicago St.
Dimitroulas has told Joliet Patch he will keep the name Juliet's Tavern, but the menu is going to change. "The aesthetically pleasing tavern will feature a brand new American-casual dining menu and is expected to reopen May 2021," he announced two months ago.
