The Will County Division of Transportation will present the proposed Gougar Road improvements at a Public Information Meeting. Additionally, all project meeting materials, including the recorded presentation, will be available for 30 days on the project website. Interested persons may visit www.GougarRoadStudy.com to gain more information on the project. For those unable to access the materials on the website, printed copies will be made available at the Will County Division of Transportation offices for pickup upon request.

To register for the meeting, please visit the project website (www.GougarRoadStudy.com), click on the registration link, and fill out the form by May 31st. Prior to the meeting an email will be sent providing you with the link and call-in information to access the meeting. If you do not have access to the internet, call 1-312-626-6799 at the meeting time and input the Meeting ID: 986 2652 0761 and passcode: 612667 when prompted to listen to the meeting
The public will have an opportunity to provide comments during the Open Forum or following the presentation through a comment form on the project website. All project materials presented at the Public Information Meeting will be available for viewing during the 30 day comment period on the project website. Physical copies of all meeting materials as well as a physical comment form will be available at the Will County office.
