gmdonice: BEST BUSINESSES IN JOLIET ARE... #1 - Chicago Style Ribs on Chicago St #2 - Sharks on South Chicago Street
Ex-Jolietian: Big Apple Pancake House on Larkin Ave... Mr. Submarine on W. Jefferson Street, El Burrito Loco is the cleanest restaurant in Joliet... Mickey's Gyros at 1701 N Larkin Ave (Crest Hill), Joliet Auto Radiator Services at 201 Page Ave, Dan's Candy, Sooper Lube on Jefferson Street and Mitchell's Meat Market on Raynor Ave. I moved out of Joliet many years ago but I still patronize these fine businesses.
Joleen: I enjoy Sub Dock and Route 66 Cafe! Good food, locally owned and friendly owners/workers make these businesses a joy to patronize. As far as large stores in Joliet, GFS and Macy's are gems because of their polite and very helpful employees.
Emma: Chicken n Spice, Mr. Submarine, Jack's Wash & Lube on Essington get my votes
Cynthia: For The Good of It is a wonderful local small business. Other faves include Mitchell's Meat Market, Gji's Sweet Shoppe, Chet's, Chicken n Spice, Mama's Restaurant
Mike: Jody's hotdogs on republic ave!!
Betty: Barney's Aluminum on Ruby St. Billy Barney is a craftsman who relaces doors and window, even doing custom work for the older home.
Rosebud: KULA'S! Great local business for jewelry. They are so nice there!
