Pedestrian Killed In I-80 Crash ID'd As 44-Year-Old Woman: Coroner
State police said a woman was fatally hit while standing outside her vehicle Friday morning.
JOLIET, IL ? The woman killed in a crash on westbound I-80 near I-55 Friday morning has been identified as a 44-year-old woman from Momence, the Will County Coroner's Office said.
Officials said Jeanna St. Peter was pronounced dead at the scene on I-80.
On Friday, Illinois State Police said troopers responded to a multi-vehicle fatal crash on I-80, just west of I-55, just after 7 a.m.
