Plainfield South HS Arrest: Girl Punched In Head Many Times
A 15-year-old girl was accosted and attacked for two consecutive days last week at Plainfield South, Joliet police reports reflect.

JOLIET, IL ? A 15-year-old girl who attends Plainfield South High School is now staying at the Kane County Juvenile Justice Center after attacking another 15-year-old girl for two straight days last week at the high school, Joliet police reports indicate.
The 15-year-old girl police say is responsible for the violent behavior now faces two counts of aggravated battery. On Dec. 7, the Joliet police detective assigned to Plainfield South on Caton Farm Road learned about a fight involving the two girls in the school cafeteria.
The aggressive girl grabbed the other girl's hair and began punching her in the back of the head with a closed fist several times, Joliet police said. The altercation was broken up by high school staff.

The previous day, according to Joliet police, the same 15-year-old girl approached the same victim in the Plainfield South hallway and pushed her.
Following an investigation into the fights, the arrested juvenile was placed into custody at the high school on Wednesday morning, authorities said.
