Pregnant Joliet Woman Attacked In West Side Home: Joliet Police
Police say Andrew Luce threw a bottle at the woman as well, striking her in the arm.

JOLIET ? The Joliet Police Department has arrested 20-year-old Reed Street resident Andrew Luce and booked him into Will County's Jail on felony charges of aggravated battery and domestic battery.
Luce is accused of attacking the woman on Nov. 9, his arrest reports show.
Joliet police spokesman Dwayne English said that at 9:14 p.m., officers responded to a residence in the 0-50 block of South Reed Street for a domestic disturbance.

According to police, officers learned that during a disturbance in the home, Luce grew angry and pushed a seven-month pregnant mother to the ground.
Police also say Luce threw a bottle at the woman as well, striking her in the arm. The father of the unborn child intervened and secured Luce for the Joliet police, English said.

Luce was on the scene and was placed into custody without incident.
