JOLIET, IL — Four months after the owners of Hamburgerseria and CUT 158 Chophouse revealed their purchase of the vacant Sonny's Delite on Essington Road, building renovations are done, and Rosemary Cafe is ready to open next Monday, Dec. 21.

Rosemary Cafe, 1730 Essington Road, will be open 7 a.m. to 3 p.m., Monday through Sunday, according to Joliet restaurant owner Bill Dimitroulas.

He said the Rosemary Cafe will be a breakfast and lunch restaurant unlike any other in Joliet because so much of the food is international cuisine.
