Saw It on eBay: $25 Gift Certificate to Joliet Applebee's
If no one else bids, the winner will spend just $3 for something valued more than eight times as much.

This is kind of interesting -- a $25 gift certificate to the Applebee's restaurant at 2795 Plainfield Road in Joliet is being auctioned on eBay.
So far, there's just one bidder, who stands to win it for $3 if no one else bids.
There is just one snag, however. If you buy it, you need to agree to spend $35 at the restaurant. That's still an OK deal -- a $35 meal for $10 plus whatever you pay for the certificate.
Here's what the seller had to say about the item:
"We have refreshed our look, come celebrate our 15 year anniversary! We invite you to our Grand RE-Opening here at Joliet, where we have been serving your neighborhood for 15 years! Come by and see all of the great changes we have made!
"At Applebee's we take pride in having a friendly, welcoming, neighborhood environment for both our staff and guests that makes everyone enjoy their Applebee's experience.
