Scrappy's Looking for a Home -- Maybe Yours?
This Maltese mix is available for adoption through Joliet Township Animal Control.
Maybe it's just us, but Scrappy looks so sad in his photos -- maybe because he'd rather be in a home with a loving family than at the Joliet Township Animal Control shelter.
You can help remedy that simply by adopting him, and giving him a reason to "smile."
