Slipknot's Corey Taylor Coming To Joliet's The Forge

The Forge's announcement came Wednesday. Tickets go on sale in two days. Aren't you excited?

JOLIET, IL — On Wednesday morning, downtown Joliet's The Forge theater announced that Corey Taylor from Slipknot and Stone Sour fame, along with special guest Cherry Bombs, will play here June 7, which is a Monday. Tickets go on sale at 10 a.m. this Friday.

Corey Taylor has 3.2 million fans on Facebook, and he's best known for being lead vocalist and lyricist for Slipknot and Stone Sour.

According to The Forge, the concert will be presented by FM Entertainment Q Rock 100.7 95 WIIL ROCK. For details on tickets go here.

In regard to ticket sales: Floor seats will be sold by table only in groups of four. All table purchases will require those attendees to enter the venue at the same time, please have your group together upon arriving at the venue. Tables will be spaced out.

Until further notice, our current Forge Covid Policy:
-Mandatory face masks upon entry
-Seated event- tables only
-All tables & chairs throughout floor
-Both floors used for social distancing
-Sanitizer stations at multiple locations
-All staff wear mandatory masks
-Guests are required to wear masks until seated at table
