Khan: The oligarchical political system. I will abolish it with equal applicability of the law for every perpetrator, whether it’s the mayor, police chief, state's attorney, sheriff or a common person.

Patch: What are the critical differences between you and the other candidates seeking this position?

Khan: The difference of preserving humanity — making sure humanity never dies and stays alive by being fair and impartial. Delaying investigations, issuing malignant certificates, releasing dictated and biased statements symbolizes extinction of humanity.

Patch: Describe the other issues that define your campaign platform.

Khan: My campaign platform indicates trust, integrity and accountability, which means voters can trust me to do the right thing and hold proper perpetrators accountable.

Patch: If you are elected to this position, what accomplishment would make your term in office a success?

Khan: My victory will be the people’s victory. Bringing proper perpetrators into light by re-investigating such cases that lack justice will be a huge victory for Will County.

Patch: Why should voters trust you?

Khan: If wind can deliver tornado and lightning can deliver thunder, then Zohaib Khan can deliver justice.

Patch: What are your views on fiscal policy, government spending and the use of taxpayer dollars in the office you are seeking?

Khan: I will develop an independent third party known as “Coroner’s Major Crimes Task Force,” in which I will choose and appoint my own choice of state's attorney, law enforcement officers and crime scene technicians. It will improve an impartial way of conducting investigations in Will and other counties without creating financial burdens on taxpayers.

Patch: Is there any reason you would not serve your full term of office, other than those of health or family?

Khan: When it comes to serving Will County residents, I don’t have any restriction. Instead, I welcome multiple terms of serving my constituents.

Patch: What is your educational background?

Khan: I have a Bachelors of Science degree with Honors. I am a member of The National Honors Society and a recipient of the “Cum Laude Award.” I also have a Master of Science degree in Criminal Justice Administration.
