Masked Man Takes Pictures; Anti-Police Graffiti: Police Blotter

La Grange police reports, April 22.

Engines revving, loud music playing

Several people were revving their engines and playing loud music on the top level of the downtown parking garage, 80 South 6th Avenue, La Grange police said. Officers sent them on their way.

No driver’s license

Faithe Anne Warner, 48, of the 3600 block of Prairie in Brookfield, was arrested near the intersection of Burlington and 6th, police said. She was charged with driving without a license.

House egging

A home in the 300 block of East Franklin was egged sometime during the day, police said. The egging didn’t cause any permanent damage.

Masked man takes pictures

A caller reported that a man was driving around taking pictures while wearing a ski mask near the intersection of Lincoln and Tilden around 10:26 a.m., police said. Officers were unable to locate the man, who was driving a blue Chevy Avalanche.

Graffiti on sidewalk

Someone wrote “F666 the police” in either chalk or grease on the sidewalk at Brewster and La Grange, police said. The graffiti was not gang-related and the neighboring building owner said he would clean it up.
