Part of Cossitt Avenue Closed for Construction
A stem line at Lyons Township High School will be replaced.
LA GRANGE, IL — Cossitt Avenue will be closed from Aug. 15 through the end of the week between Brainard and Park avenues.
The closure is required so a steam line at Lyons Township High School can be replaced, according to the village, and the timeline depends on the weather.
Drivers are advised to allow extra time for commuting, follow posted detour routes and drive carefully.
