For the 19th consecutive year, Smothers Realty Group ranked number one in La Grange according to the 2014 Multiple Listing Service (MRED) figures. Smothers’ Brokers dominated with over $58 million dollars in property sold during 2014 compared to the number two realty firm that had $26 million in sales. 2014 figures also indicate that Smothers had a 31% market share in La Grange; roughly one in three homes in La Grange was bought or sold with Smothers Realty Group compared to the number two firm with a 14% market share.

Also noteworthy is that 5 of the top 10 Brokers for single family home sales in La Grange are from Smothers Realty Group.
