4-Car Crash On Route 41 In Lake Forest Creates Major Delays
Drivers were advised to take Sheridan or Waukegan roads after the crash briefly shut down southbound lanes during Tuesday's morning commute.
LAKE FOREST, IL — A four-car crash on Route 41 snarled traffic Tuesday. Drivers were advised to take Waukegan or Sheridan roads during the morning commute. All southbound lanes were closed after the crash around 7:45 a.m. One lane was open by 8:30 a.m. but heavy delays were reported between Old Elm and Half Day roads.
