4 Teens Charged with Underage Drinking

ALCOHOL
David W. Muth, 19, of 471 East Willow, Elburn, was charged with consumption of alcohol by a minor at 12:45 a.m. Sept. 29 at Lake Forest College. He was assigned an administrative hearing Nov. 13 at City Hall.
Stephanie Deleon, 18, of 555 Sheridan Road, Lake Forest, was charged with consumption of alcohol by a minor at 11:55 p.m. Sept. 28 after police and paramedics responded to a report of an intoxicated person at Lake Forest College. She was assigned an administrative hearing Nov. 13 at City Hall.

Two 15-year-old boys, one from Lake Forest and the other from Lake Bluff, were charged with consumption of alcohol by a minor at 9:05 p.m. Sept. 28 on the 200 block of South Shore. They were assigned administrative hearings at 9 a.m. Nov. 13 at City Hall.

James M. Farrell, 39, of 466 Circle Lane, Lake Forest, was charged with possession of fireworks at 8:36 p.m. Sept. 28 on the 400 block of Circle Lane after police responded to a report of large fireworks being shot off in the area. He was assigned an administrative hearing Nov. 13 at City Hall.
