$5.5M Lake Forest Lakefront Home Hits the Market

A new home has joined an exclusive Chicago-area club: those listed for more than $5 million.

The Lake Forest property on Lake Road is the 13th home listed for more than $5 million in the area, according to Crain’s Chicago Business, and, if sold, would be the first in that bracket to sell so far this year in Lake Forest.

The 5,500-square-foot lakefront home has four bedrooms and six bathrooms, an elevator and home theater, according to its listing.
