Accomplished Executive Coach Joins Career Resource Center Board

Marilyn A. Clark, of Evanston, Brings Extensive Human Resources Background and Executive Coaching to Career Resource Center's Clients

Lake Forest, Ill., February 19, 2021 — Career Resource Center, Inc. (CRC) announced today that Marilyn A. Clark, Ed.D., Founder and President of Clark Consulting Group, has joined its Board of Directors and group of professional advisors who work to transform careers.

“Marilyn is an executive coach with her own coaching practice focused on talent development as well as other HR areas,” said Kristina Phillips, Executive Director of CRC. “Throughout her career, Marilyn has led a number of corporate initiatives including diversity and inclusion cultures and has been an adjunct professor at National Louis University and Northeastern Illinois University teaching Master’s level courses in various HR disciplines, all of which will bring immense benefit to our job-seeking clients.”

Marilyn, who has a Doctorate of Education from Northern Illinois University in Organizational Development/Organizational Leadership, joins a dedicated group of accomplished volunteer advisors/coaches and Board members who have varied backgrounds and a commitment to helping unemployed and underemployed individuals. CRC advisors average 25 years of management experience with companies of all sizes, in a variety of industries, including professional career coaches. Marilyn’s experience and capabilities will bring significant value to CRC’s mission to strive to help change lives and strengthen communities with confidence-building, results-focused employment resources.
