Adler Mansion in Lake Forest Sells for $3.3 Million

Chicago Capital Markets exec takes the home off the market.

A David Adler home that boasts nine bedrooms and eight bathrooms in Lake Forest is off the market.

Chicago Real Estate Daily reports the home on Ridge Lane was purchased last month by Geoffrey W. Luce and his wife Laura Luce.

Geoffrey Luce, a senior vice president with Chicago Capital Markets, said he and his wife are longtime fans of Adler-designed homes.

Purchased at a cost of $3.26 million, the home has seen quite an uptick in worth since 1984, when the property was last traded for $470,000.
