Annual Holiday Boutique in Lake Forest

As the holidays draw near, so does Lake Forest’s charitable shopping event of the season. The Women’s Board of Northwestern Medicine Lake Forest Hospital will host its annual Holiday Boutique from November 14 through November 17 at the Lake Forest Recreation Center. Guests can mingle and shop from a curated selection of top retail vendors in one convenient location. Proceeds from the Holiday Boutique will directly impact the Board’s fundraising goals, maximizing its contribution to a named pavilion at the new Lake Forest Hospital which opened in March of this year.

The boutique will include approximately 41 vendors (15 are new this year) from across the country featuring a variety of one-of-a-kind pieces. Participating boutiques have been hand-selected and include items ranging from children’s clothing, toys and festive home accents to men’s and women’s clothing, jewelry and accessories. It’s the perfect opportunity to cross a few people off of the holiday shopping list while avoiding the madness at the mall.

Housed in the Lake Forest Recreation Center at 400 Hastings Road, the Holiday Boutique will be open to the public over the course of four days, starting Wednesday, November 14 at the annual Mistletoe & Holly Party (from 6 pm to 9 pm) and continuing on Thursday, November 15 through Friday, November 16 (from 10 am to 5:30 pm). The shopping event will conclude on Saturday, November 17 (from 10 am to 3 pm). Boutique admission is $10 per person, $5 for seniors or students with an ID and free for Lake Forest or Lake Bluff city employees, school faculty and staff and all Northwestern Medicine employees with ID. All tickets include unlimited free admission for the three days of the Boutique but exclude the Mistletoe & Holly Holiday Boutique party.

Additionally, the Women’s Board of Northwestern Medicine Lake Forest Hospital will host the festive Mistletoe & Holly Holiday Boutique Preview Party on Wednesday, November 14 (from 6 pm to 9 pm). The party will feature festive food and drink as well as a spectacular “His & Hers” grand prize drawing. One winner will receive a prize package that includes a platinum and diamond pendant from the new Tiffany Paper FlowersÔ collection, a Breakfast at Tiffany & Co. experience for 10 people as well as a $1,000 gift certificate for The Ben Silver Collection, a distinguished women’s and men’s clothing store from Charleston, South Carolina. The event combines holiday goods and goodwill, celebrating the season by giving back to Northwestern Lake Forest Hospital. Ticket prices for Mistletoe & Holly are $60 for individual tickets, two tickets for $100 or $75 at the door and include unlimited admission to the Boutique.
