Beelow's Steakhouse Opening in Highland Park Next Year

Highland Park is getting a new steakhouse, according to Crain’s Chicago Business.

Beelow’s Steakhouse, with a location in Lake Zurich, will open early next year at Renaissance Place, the article says. The menu will be similar to the Lake Zurich location, but with more fish and pasta, as well as a carry-out option.

It’s opening in the space where John Des Rosier’s Royce was briefly located, which had previously housed Rosebud.
