Coldwell Banker Realty Opens At Lake Forest's Market Square

LAKE FOREST, IL — Coldwell Banker Realty in Greater Chicagoland has announced the official opening of a new office in Lake Forest, located at 675 Forest Ave – in the heart of historic Market Square. The office is relocating from its previous home at 225 E. Deerpath Rd. and now features the new Coldwell Banker North Star logo.

This new, high-end office offers clients an ideal location at the center of Lake Forest’s active community, to partner with affiliated agents equipped with the highest-level of support and technology.

The office features a modern layout, private meeting rooms and a deluxe, state-of-the-art “Zoom Room” where agents and clients can seamlessly connect virtually and take advantage of Coldwell Banker tools and products – including the award-winning Listing Concierge marketing program that is proven to help sellers achieve higher sales prices.

The opening was celebrated on Dec. 1 with a small, ribbon-cutting event led by President of Coldwell Banker Realty in Central West Ayoub Rabah and Branch Vice President Elizabeth Sperry. They were joined by the City of Lake Forest Mayor George Pandaleon, the Executive Director of the Lake Forest/Lake Bluff Chamber of Commerce Joanna Rolek and the Lake Forest City Manager Jason Wicha.

Office hours are Monday through Friday from 9 a.m.- 5 p.m.
