Construction Moving Ahead on New Lake Forest Hospital
The replacement campus is being built on the hospital's current site at 660 N. Westmoreland Road.

Work on the new Northwestern Medicine Lake Forest Hospital continues on schedule.
The projected $392 million project is expected to be completed by the fall of 2017.

The replacement campus is being built on the hospital’s current site at 660 N. Westmoreland Road. The nearly 500,000 square feet new building is slated to have 114 private beds, 72-outpatient care spaces, eight operating rooms, 116 acres of open natural landscape, and more than 7,000 feet of pedestrian and bicycle paths, according to Northwestern Medicine officials.
