First Presbyterian to Commemorate Armenian Genocide

First Presbyterian Church of Lake Forest to host a lunch and learn April 10 to commemorate the 100th anniversary of Armenian Genocide.

As the commenoration of the 100th anniversary of the Armenian Genocide draws near, First Presbyterian Church of Lake Forest invites the community to attend a Lunch & Learn on April 10 at the church, located at 700 N. Sheridan Rd.

Rev. Dr. Christine Chaokian, who is of Armenian descent, will share her personal story, experience and knowledge of the genocide and the world’s response to it.
