Former ITW CEO’s Lake Forest Home on Market for $7M

The 12,000-square-foot mansion sits on 2 acres.

The 12,320-square-foot Lake Forest home belonging to retired Illinois Tool Works CEO W. James Farrell is on the market for $6.995 million, the Chicago Tribune reports.

The seven-bed, eight-bath mansion sits on 2.05 acres on Meadow Lane, according to its listing on Zillow. It was designed by architect Harrie T. Lindeberg, has a pool, tennis court, exercise room and wine room.
