Gorton Center, a community center located in Lake Forest, IL is proud to announce its film lineup, both virtual and in-person for March. While virtual film programs continue through Gorton, including twice-monthly Facebook Live presentations from John and Nancy Hughes Theater Director of Film Rebecca Fons, and virtual short film presentations with directors, Gorton will return to in-person film screenings in March. The lineup of films features beloved musicals on the
big screen each Thursday of March at 7:00 pm. Tickets are just $5 and the theater is capped at 50 patrons. "It feels good to get back to in-person film screenings," says Rebecca Fons, Director of Film. "Our community has been with us every step of the way virtually, and we've taken great care to make Gorton safe and comfortable for those ready to return to the movies."

The March in-person showings include:
Thursday, March 4 - EASTER PARADE (part of First Thursdays, Sponsored by Sheffield Foundation)
Thursday, March 11 - SINGIN' IN THE RAIN
Thursday, March 18 - A HARD DAY'S NIGHT
Thursday, March 25 - LA LA LAND

Additionally, Gorton’s Film Club meets via Zoom every Tuesday night. Tickets to the March lineup of films are now available online at https://gortoncenter.org/film/
