Gorton Center presents Acting on the Stage Class

The Gorton Community Center and PASTA Performing Arts Student Theatre Academy presents Acting on the Stage, an in-person theatre performance class for ages 9 and up beginning Monday, February 1st.

Our class is focused on acting and we will be meeting on the stage in the Gorton Center auditorium. Students will build their acting skills and sense of ensemble through theatre games focusing on the key values of embracing spontaneity, developing character and collaboration.

Due to state requirements for Tier 2, enrollment in this class is extremely limited.

We will be following the state guidelines for small group meetings.

Young actors in Acting on the Stage will work on creating characters in small group presentations.
