Jay Cutler Cuts Price On Lake Forest Mansion By A Quarter-Million

LAKE FOREST, IL — Former Chicago Bears quarterback Jay Cutler and Kristin Cavallari have dropped the asking price of their Lake Forest estate by $250,000. After the couple relocated to Nashville earlier this year, the 7,500-square-foot, seven-bedroom lakefront mansion was listed for $4.75 million, but on Friday the house was re-listed at $4.5 million, according to Realtor.com.

The luxurious home sits on 1.6 acres near the lake, just south of Westleigh Road, and includes a pedestrian path leading to the beach.

The property includes five fireplaces, a lower level sports court with a Chicago Bulls logo, a wine cellar, a personal theater and a three-car garage.

There are currently 8 homes in Lake Forest listed between $4 million and $5 million, according to Realtor.com.

The home on Circle Lane, constructed in 2013, was purchased by Cutler in Cavallari in 2014 for $4.25 million through a land trust, the Tribune reported earlier this year.
