Jay Cutler And Kristin Cavallari List Lake Forest Mansion For $4.75M

LAKE FOREST, IL — Retired Chicago Bears quarterback Jay Cutler and his reality TV star wife Kristin Cavallari listed their Lake Forest mansion Saturday for $4.75 million.

The celebrity couple moved to last month Nashville after Cutler was cut by the Bears following eight seasons with Chicago. Next year Cutler, 34, will enter the broadcast booth providing commentary on NFL games for Fox Sports.

Located directly on the lake just south of Westleigh Road, Cutler and Cavallari bought

the property back in 2014 for $4.25 million in cash through a land trust, the Tribune reported.

The grounds include a pedestrian path leading to the beach.

With seven bedrooms, eight full bathrooms and 11,000 square-feet, the property includes five fireplaces, a lower level sports court with a Chicago Bulls logo, a wine cellar, a personal theater and a three-car garage.

There are currently 10 Lake Forest homes on the market listed between $4 million and $5 million, and two such homes have sold in the past year, according to Crain's Chicago Business.
