Jay Cutler Sells Lake Forest Mansion For Loss

LAKE FOREST, IL — The lakefront ex-home of ex-Chicago Bears quarterback Jay Cuter and ex-reality TV star Kristin Cavallari has sold for a loss of $650,000, closing at $3.6 million on Friday after being listed in May for $4.75 million, according to Realtor.com. The seven-bedroom, 7,500-square-foot estate includes a sports court, personal theater and path leading down to the beach. The home was purchased in 2014 for $4.25 million.

Cutler cancelled retirement plans to play with the Miami Dolphins this year. He has a 4-5 record, has left two of the last five games due to injury and was placed on the league concussion protocol Monday. He and Cavallari currently live in Nashville.
