John Hughes' Lake Forest Mansion Back on the Market

The Lake Forest mansion that was once home to the late John Hughes was placed back on the market Wednesday with an asking price of $4.83 million.

With its run as an interior designers’ showcase set to end May 17, the Lake Forest mansion that was the home of the late John Hughes came back on the market today, with an asking price of $4.83 million.

The 11,000-square-foot home on two acres on Westminster Road first came on the market asking $5.89 million in 2011, two years after the filmmaker died - Crain’s Chicago reports. The home was taken off the market in October.
