Kelmscott Park Breaks Ground on Western Avenue
A development of luxury condos, apartments and homes takes shape in Lake Forest.
LAKE FOREST, IL - The long-awaited condominium development in the 1000 block of Western Avenue in Lake Forest has broken ground.
Focus Development will feature 30 condos, 11 luxury apartments and 12 single-family homes on the 10.7-acre site known as Kelmscott Park, according to a Builder article.
The condos will be offered in two-, three- and four-bedroom plans. The units will have 9-foot ceilings, hardwood oak flooring, Kohler fixtures and other amenities.
