Lake Bluff Farmers Market Announces Vendor Lineup

The Lake Bluff Farmers Market opens on Friday, June 9.

From the Lake Bluff Farmers Market: When the Lake Bluff Farmers Market opens on Friday, June 9, visitors will see some exciting new vendors and many old favorites as well.

Sponsored for the second time this season by Knauz Auto Park, the market returns to the Village Green on Fridays starting June 9, 2017, from 7 a.m. – 12 p.m. each week through October 13, rain or shine.

Two food trucks will line the Village Green this season. In addition to returning vendor Taste of Paris, the Lake Bluff Farmers Market will include Swirl Café, which sells coffee and baked goods from a food truck.

In addition to fruit, vegetables, flowers and other goods, the Lake Bluff Farmers Market will bring back other weekly favorites such as live music from local musicians, reading circles with the Lake Bluff Public Library, educational tables with the Master Gardeners of Lake County and the Village-famous corn roast hosted by the all-volunteer Lake Bluff Fire Department.

“The Friday morning Farmers Market is a favorite destination for people in Lake Bluff and the surrounding communities, and we are excited for the season to begin anew,” said Lake Bluff Farmers Market Manager Kathleen Swanton. “We are grateful for Knauz Auto Park’s sponsorship, too. With their support in 2017 we can continue weekly entertainment and specialty events.”
