Lake Bluff Man Arrested for Harassing Woman by Phone

Harassment by telephone

May 14: Police responded to a complaint of a female employee receiving numerous repeated harassing telephone calls at her place of work from Lake Bluff resident Austin N. Lawrence, 24. Detectiveslocated and spoke with Lawrence, who was charged with harassment by telephone.He wasprocessed and released with a June court date.

Consumption of alcohol by minor

May 12: Frederik M. Clausen, 18, of Lake Forest, was given an administrative hearing citation for consumption of alcohol by aminor after police and fire units responded to a home on Summerfield in response to a call of an extremely intoxicated subject there. Clausen faces a June court date.

May 7: Police and fire units responded to Lake Forest College for a report of an intoxicated student who had fallen from the third floor balcony of a residence hall. Timothy E. Coleman, 19, of St. Louis, Missouri, was located and transported by ambulance to Condell Hospital.He was laterissued an administrative hearing citation for consumption of alcohol by a minor with a June court date.

Domestic battery

May 12: Officers responded to a residence on Breckenridge for a report of a domestic disturbance. Two residents alleged that Donna L. Koob, 59, of Lake Forest, became upset after drinking and struck them both. Both had visible signs of injury. After speaking with Koob and the residents ofthe home, Koob was arrested and charged with two counts of domestic battery. She was processed and later transported to a bond hearing atLake County Jail.

Criminal damage to property

May 11: Police responded to a reported road rage dispute on IL Route 41 between the drivers of a semi and a pickup truck, in which Mark A. Wiesner, 27, of Milwaukee, Wisc., was alleged to have thrown a handful of change at the victim’s pickup. North Chicago Police stopped the vehicles at IL Routes 41 and 137. After speaking with both parties and observing the damage, Wiesner was issued an administrative hearing citation for criminal damage to property.He faces a June court date.

May 10: Police responded to Lake Forest College regarding a school sign that had been destroyed. Police and security reviewed security camera video footage which showed Jeremiah Allen, 21, of Providence, Rhode Island, intentionally causing the damage. Later that day, Allen was located and taken into custody. He was charged with criminal damage to property, processed and released on bond with a June court date.

May 4: Police responded to a cell phone complaint of a red jeep driving in circles on the grass at South Park and causing damage. An officer located and stopped Tanner P. Manley, 19, of Lake Forest, leaving the park in a red jeep with grass and dirt visible all over it. He admitted to damaging the lawn and was cited for criminal damage to property. Parks officials estimate the damage at approximately $200. Manley faces a June court date.
