Roxanne Lyn DeStefano (nee Morgaridge), 73, of Lake Bluff, IL formerly of Bristol, WI died October 2, 2014.

She was a teacher for 10 years, an avid gardener, accomplished equestrian and rescuer of all living creatures big & small. Roxanne was a member of the Hooved Animal Humane Society and the Humane Society of St. Thomas.

Wife of Alex DeStefano, DDS; mother of Ken (Laurie) DeStafano, Mary (Rich) Stanfel, Jennifer (Greg) Strauss & Alex DeStefano; grandmother of Alex, Joey, Nicholas & Joseph; daughter of the late Ken & Madelyn Morgaridge.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to your local Humane Society.

Visitation at church Saturday, October 11, 2014 from 1:00 p.m. until the time of Mass at 2:00 p.m. at the Church of St. Mary, 175 E. Illinois Rd., Lake Forest, IL. Interment will be private.
