Lake Forest Bank Sponsors Kids’ Fun Races in Lake Bluff on 7/27
The Kids' Fun Races are part of the 8th annual Northwestern Medicine Lake Bluff Criterium & Block Party

The Lake Forest Bank & Trust Company is sponsoring the kids’ fun races in downtown Lake Bluff for the 8th consecutive year on Saturday afternoon, July 27th starting at 6:15 pm. Kids ages 3-9 can take part in the Lake Bluff bike races, but go at their own pace and with their own age group. Each of the separate heats ends at the finish line of the racecourse at the corner of Scranton and Oak – just like the pros.
“Lake Forest Bank & Trust is proud to sponsor the Kids’ Fun Races in Lake Bluff again this year,” said Tina Martoccio, manager of the Lake Bluff branch of the bank. “As the hometown bank here in Lake Bluff, we welcome the community to this special event. Come visit us right in the heart of the Village at 4 E. Scranton. Lake Forest Bank & Trust offers a great savings program for kids in the community, too. Stop into the bank with your kids – they’ll learn how saving can be fun – and we’ll show you hometown banking at its best.”
“Each child who rides in the fun races will receive a medal and a Take2 Coupon to use for a yummy treat at Suzy’s Swirl on Rockland Rd. across from Target,” said Marco Colbert, the race organizer. Suzy’s Swirl will also be serving frozen delights in the food court of the Block Party adjacent to the bike races.”
