Multiple Lake Bluff families will gather Friday for a sample sale/garage sale offering home accessories, furniture, light fixtures, a countertop and more.

Bowen Park Theatre Company Stages 'A Man for All Seasons'
Head to the Bowen Park Theatre in Waukegan for a production of "A Man for All Seasons," which portrays Sir Thomas More in his last years as Lord Chancellor during the reign of Henry VIII. The show runs through Oct. 13.

Breast Cancer Fundraising Event at The Dailey Method
The Dailey Method in Lake Forest is offering three fitness classes Saturday in exchange for a donation. Donations will benefit breast cancer charities. Classes combine ballet barre work, core conditioning, stretching and orthopedic exercises. 

Book Buffs with Deena and Carlen

Japanese Tea Ceremony
