Celebrate the importance of kids spending time in nature at “The Play Out”. Sparked by Chicago Wilderness’ Leave No Child Inside initiative, “The Play Out” encourages families to get outside and enjoy a variety of activities promoting creativity and exploration in nature. An integral part of the event is “The Play Out Pledge”— a signed commitment by kids to spend two hours outside during Earth Day week-end.

Join us for a complimentary day of outdoor activities including a natural obstacle course, shelter building, pond netting, tree climbing and much more.
