Lakefront Home on Circle Lane Lists for $6.7 Million

A 10,400 square-foot home on Circle Lane in Lake Forest was listed for $6.7 million recently, making it one of the five most expensive homes on the market in the city. The others range from $7 million to $11 million.

The home was last sold in 2003, for $5.5 million to Michael and Eva Losacco, according to Crain’s Chicago. Since then, they have spent millions in upgrading the kitchen, eight bathrooms and other spaces in the home.

Arched interior doors, abundant woodwork and a swimming pool on a bluff overlooking Lake Michigan and 140 feet of private beach are other perks of the home.
