Northwestern Lake Forest Hospital Replacement Plans Proceed
The hospital will present its plans for a new 114-bed building to the plan commission Oct. 9.
Northwestern Lake Forest Hospital recently got the go-ahead from a state board to plan its $400 million replacement facility.
The Illinois Health Facilities and Services Review Board approved the hospital’s $21.2 million planning project, Crain’s Chicago Business reported. The hospital wants to construct a new 114-bed building.
The hospital will present its plans Oct. 9 to the Lake Forest plan commission, the Lake Forester reported. Plan commissioners will eventually offer a recommendation to the City Council.
