Classic rock band Styx played a sold out show at the Genesee Theatre in Waukegan over the weekend.

The Chicago-formed group has played the venue numerous times in the past, selling out almost every time.

Styx plays another local show at the Rialto Square Theatre in Joliet tonight, which is also sold out. Photos and a review of that show will be posted on the Joliet Patch .
