Richard Marx is trying to make a comeback.
Not a musical comeback, but a real estate one.
The singer-songwriter and his ex-wife, Cynthia Rhodes, will be relisting their nine-bedroom Lake Bluff mansion after three months off the market for about $2.1 million less than the previous asking price of around $16 million, the Chicago Tribune reports. The new price will be $13.99 million when the 29,475-square-foot home goes back up for sale later in April, the report stated.
