A man charged with driving under the influence by Lake Forest police was indicted on felony charges last week by a Lake County grand jury.Â
Johnnie Johnson was indicted Nov. 13 for aggravated driving under the influence (Class 1 felony) and driving on a revoked license (Class 4 felony).
Johnson, 60, of 406 N. Green Bay Road, Waukegan, was arrested Sept. 8 in Lake Forest. Police said a preliminary breath test showed his blood-alcohol content was more than three times the legal limit.

His court date is Nov. 22 at the Lake County Courthouse in Waukegan.
